NDC Redeemed 14th Coupon Paid on North-West Telecom’s 3-Series Bond
OREANDA-NEWS On 16 September was announced, that non-commercial partnership National Depositary Center (NDC) that acts as payment agent for North-West Telecom’s 3-series bond fully redeemed the 14th coupon for the telecom operator’s 3-series bond.
The yield of the 14th coupon was 8.6%, with Rub 21.44 paid for each bond.
The list of persons eligible to receive coupon yield was compiled as of August 22, 2008.
The amount allocated to the payment of the 14th coupon totaled Rub 64.32 mln.
3-series bonds are interest-bearing documentary pay-to-bearer 3-series bonds subject to the centralized custody (passed state registration under entry # 4-03-00119-А on December 28, 2004) that were placed on MICEX Stock Exchange on March 3, 2005. The bond issue is worth Rub 3 bln and consists of 3 mln bonds with Rub 1,000 par value each. The maturity of the bonds is 6 years. Coupons are paid on a quarterly basis. The bonds were added to the Lombard List of the Central Bank of Russia, are accepted by the Bank of Russia as collateral for direct repurchase transactions and are part of the A1 Quotation List of the MICEX Stock Exchange.
