OREANDA-NEWS. On September 12, 2008 Kazkommertsbank (Almaty), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the press release of the following content, reported the press-centre of KASE:

Director of Kazkommertsbank Almaty affiliate Irina Lyakhotsakaya was assigned the bank's Executive Director and will coordinate corporate clients' relations.

The largest Almaty affiliate and Almaty regional directorate is now headed by Dabyr Medetbekov - Executive Director. Previously he took the position of the Chairman of Kazkommerts Invest Board. Mr. Medetbekov has wide experience in financial companies, including the pension fund Ular Umit, pension assets management company Zhetysu.

Natalya Brezhneva, who recently headed the pension fund Grantum was assigned as Kazkommertsbank Executive Director. She will be in charge of relations with VIP clients. By the decision of Board of Directors Arysbai Zhumadillaev, 35 years of age, who previously worked as First Vice-President of Grantum was elected as its President.

Among directors of bank affiliates and departments also were made assignments.
