OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2008. By means of issuing and floatation of 5 000 000 common nominal shares, at par value of 100 soms each, OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank” has increased its authorized capital stock by the amount of 500 000 000 (five hundred million) soms, reported the press-centre of AsiaUniversalBank.

After registration of the seventh share issue totals, the Bank’s authorized capital comprises 1 200 000 000 million soms.
