OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2008. A ceremonial opening of the photo exhibition "Look at the world from the air view" took place on "Ala-Too" square, reported the press-centre of AsiaUniversalBank.

AsiaUniversalBank and the French Embassy in Kyrgyzstan acted as the organizers of the event.

The Chair of the Board of OJSC "AsiaUniversalBank", Nurdin Abdrazakov, French Embassy Jean Pierre Godard and deputy minister of cultural affairs of KR Tamara Obozova opened this unique exhibition in official atmosphere.

Thousands of residents and guests of the capital has seen a wonderful sight - about 100 the most beautiful wide frame aerophotographs, of the French photo artist Yann Arthus-Bertrand, who spent 4000 hours in the air taking them.

“I hope, everybody will gain unforgettable impressions from viewing of Yann Arthus-Bertrand’s works, and at the same time will think about the fact how delicate and vulnerable the surrounding world is, and it’s everybody’s duty to protect it,” said Nurdin Abdrazakov. “Let me remind you that within the framework of the program “For all times”, AsiaUniversalBank will shortly organize “Russian vanguard” exhibition, which will present masterpieces from Russian museums”- said he in addition.

The photo exhibition “Look at the world from the airview” will take place from September, 6 till November, 6 on “Ala-Too” square. Admission is free.
