OREANDA-NEWS. On September 10, 2008 The press service of National Bank informed that in 2008 August 1 credit investment on Azerbaijan economy was 6361.5 mln. manat.

This indicator increased 3.2 % than the previous month, but than the 1st Augast of 2007 it increased 84.7%. 109.3.mln. manat of credit investments had felled  to the share of the last time credits.

In 2008 1 August 1930.6 mln. manat (30.3%) of credits were short time credits, but 430.9 mln. manat (69.7%) of credits were long time credits. 68.9 mln. manat or 3.6% of short time credits and 40.4 mln. manat or 0.9% of long time credits are the last time credits.
2814.5 mln. manat (44.2%) credits by state banks, 3387.2 mln. manat (53.2%) credits by private banks, 159.8mln. manat (2.5%) credits have been invested on economy by non-bank credit organizations.

1917.6 mln. manat credit have been invested on Azerbaijan economy by the banks organized with the participation of the foreign capital and its specific weight in common credit investment is 30.1%.

Banks working with 100% foreign capital gave 303.7 mln. manat (4.8%) credit.
3448.6mln. manat or 54.2% of credits had been given with manat, but 2912.9 mln. manat or 45.8% of credits had been given with the foreign currency.
