OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2008. The Press Service of the National Bank informed that in 2008, 1 August people’s deposits’ sum taken by banks became 1766.2 mln. manat. It is 62.3% more than the indicator of Augast 1, 2007 and it is thice more than the indicator of Augast 1, 2006.

926.7 mln.manat (52.5%) of deposits put in 2008,1Augast have been taken by manat, but 839.5 mln. manat (47.5%) have been taken by the foreign currency.
