OREANDA-NEWS. On September 15, 2008 PRAVEX-BANK has solemnly handed the keys of an apartment in Kyiv to the lucky winner of "An apartment as a gift" deposit special offer, reported the press-centre of PRAVEX-BANK.

The lucky winner of special offer is an inhabitant of Kharkiv, Serghiy Viktorovych Volkov, who has drawn up a US dollar deposit account with PRAVEX-BANK during the period when the special offer was launched.
