OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2008. The Transport and Communications Ministry of Ukraine needs loans in the amount of UAH 24.3 billion for UkrAvtoDor, and UAH 5 billion for Ukrzaliznytsia (UAH 4.85 / USD 1), Transport Minister Yosyp Vinskyi said.

He noted the sum must be reflected either in amendments to the 2008 national budget, or in the 2009 draft budget.

"Otherwise, it will be impossible to go over to long-term development planning," Yosyp Vinskyi said.
