On September 08, 2008 Subsidiary of BTA Bank - Temirbank (Almaty, in the heading and after - Temirbank), a listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of August 11, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document AFS approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZPC2Y03B553 (KASE official list, the first sub-category of category "Non-rated Debt Securities", TEBNb5; KZT1, KZT3.0 bn.; 30.12.05 - 30.12.08; semiannual coupon 9.75 % APR) of Temirbank.

According to the notification of AFS as on June 30, 2008 3,800,000 bonds KZPC2Y03B553 of Temirbank were not placed.
