OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2008. Ms. Anna Serova has been appointed to the position of director of the Novosibirsk agency of the Siberian Regional Directorate of Allianz ROSNO Life Ltd., reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Ms. Anna Serova was born in February 1976. She graduated from the Siberian Institute of International Relations and Regional Science, majoring in international relations. Prior to her arrival to Allianz ROSNO Life, she had worked at the executive positions in the consulting and banking fields.

The top-priority plans of Ms. Anna Serova regarding management of the Novosibirsk agency are as follows: development of an alternative sales channel (via banks, brokers, and ROSNO Group companies), further improvement of the technologies used to promote the company’s insurance products via the agent sales channel, and formation of the professional expert team.

This new appointment fully corresponds to the Allianz ROSNO Life’s strategy of business development in the top-priority regions, improving customer service quality, and expanding the company’s client base.
