OREANDA-NEWS. On Sept 3 2008 the Arbitration Court of Moscow sustained the appeal of Rosenergoatom Concern against the decision of the Inter-regional Inspection of the Federal Tax Service of Russia passed as a result of an inspection in 2004–2005 and stipulating that the Concern should pay additional 64.5mln RUR.

Earlier the Federal Tax Service granted Rosenergoatom’s appeal and partly revoked the decision of the Inter-regional Inspection for a total sum of 1.6bln RUR.

Thus, Rosenergoatom Concern has proved the insufficiency of the tax claims worth a total of 1.66bln RUR.
