On September 05, 2008 Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), official list informed KASE by the official letter that by the decision of its shareholders special general meeting of August 27, 2008 due to selling of Kookmin Bank (South Korea) shares and in compliance with the agreement between Kookmin Bank and the bank's shareholders was elected the new composition of Bank CenterCredit Board of Directors, reported the press-centre of KASE:
