On September 08, 2008 Ust-Kamenogorsk Reinforcement Plant (Ust-Kamenogrosk) notified Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in an official letter that by the decision of the Board of Directors of August 26, 2008 E. Orzhanov was elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ust-Kamenogrosk Reinforcement Plant, reported the press-centre of KASE.

This letter as well informed that on August 2, 2008 the Board of Directors of the company made a decision to conclude a big deal with BTA Bank for the amount of KZT3,463.00 m. for a three year term to refinance a loan debt and replenish turnover funds.
