OREANDA-NEWS. On September 10, 2008  The Government set a record predictive supply in the 2009 State Budget bill. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko said opening the Gov’t sitting.

Yulia Tymoshenko noted that budget supply for 2009 would increase by 100 billion UAH. According to the Head of Government, such increase is possible due to economic growth, serious struggle against shadow flows in the tax system, in border crossing system by goods and services.

“We’ll have by one third increase in budget only due to the fact that Government has proposed the policy which stably raises economy and concerns with deshadowization,” the Prime Minister stressed.

According to the Head of Government, these funds will be directed at, particularly, strategic reforms and development expenditures. “This is undoubtedly only the first step because we can achieve more system and positive results,” Yulia Tymoshenko stressed.
