OREANDA-NEWS  On 10 September was announced, that JSC Gazprom Neft and Lomonosov Moscow State University concluded a five-year strategic cooperation agreement. The document was signed by Lomonosov MSU President Viktor Sadovnichy and JSC Gazprom Neft CEO Alexander Dyukov.
Under the new agreement, Gazprom Neft and MSU are to work together to improve the training of specialists holding a university degree and enhance JSC Gazprom Neft employees’ and the MSU faculty’s knowledge of modern hydrocarbon production and utilization processes.

In particular, Gazprom Neft will assist the university in developing advanced research and innovation techniques as well as in placing students and graduates and advancing their careers.

The university, in its turn, will be providing Gazprom Neft with scientific and consulting services related to engineering, economic, and other issues involved in running the company.

Alexander Dyukov, CEO of JSC Gazprom Neft, says: “Partnerships with Russia’s largest universities are a substantial contribution to the development of Gazprom Neft’s business. Moscow State University is one of the largest and most recognized scientific and educational centers, both in Russia and overseas. Therefore, it is important for us to be able to take part in developing and enhancing its educational programs”.
