OREANDA-NEWS  On 10 September was announced, that the construction of new industrial objects and the reconstruction of the old ones will be carried out within the industrial estate Karacharovo in southeast Moscow during 2008-2009.

“The new production buildings and structures which are to be raised will be allocated on the plots with the total area of 55,600 sq m,” a source from Moscow City Hall said.

The ultimate area of all objects will be 31,400 sq m, including more than 27,000 sq m of the reconstructed ones.

The new construction and reconstruction will run at the expense of an investor that is to lease the areas within the industrial estate Karacharovo from the city of Moscow.
