OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 September was announced, that the construction work inside Shuvalovsky Prima residential neighborhood completed in Moscow.

According to a press release by INTECO, the investor and prime contractor of the project, a family-friendly festival devoted to the end of development and the opening of a new area within the neighborhood was held in Shuvalovsky Prima on September 7.

The neighborhood is located on a plot of approximately 15 ha at Lomonosovsky Avenue in Moscow. The area of its living space is about 232,000 sq m, the area of nonresidential premises in Shuvalovsky Prima is roughly 24,500 sq m.
