OREANDA-NEWS. On September 05, 2008 Joint-stock Investment Fund Velikaya Stena (Almaty), shares of which are traded in the "Investment Funds Securities" sector of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter that on October 3, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. it holds shareholders special general meeting with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- on approval of financial indicators for the third quarter of 2008;

- on payment of dividends for the third quarter of 2008.

The meeting will be held at: Almaty, 110e, Al Farabi Str. Participants' registration will start at 09:30 a.m. at shareholders special general meeting implementation place.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in shareholders meeting was developed as of September 3, 2008.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated shareholders meeting will be held on October 6, 2008 at the same time and above mentioned address.
