OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 September was announced, that all questions connected with the construction of the specialized offshore oil port in Kozmino arising at customers and contractors must be answered operatively and without undue delays – this was the mission assigned by Oleg Kolyadin Nakhodka’s head to the chiefs of city administration at weekly meeting.

The head of Nakhodka has informed chiefs of managements and departments on results of the chairman of the government Vladimir Putin visit to the specialized offshore oil port facilities under construction. “We should pay the most steadfast attention to the given direction of work. Joint cooperation should be aimed at the prompt completion of all scheduled works and commission of a large site as they fall due”, the head of Nakhodka has underlined, press-service of Nakhodka’s administration urban district informed.

Construction of the specialized offshore oil port fills up the Nakhodka budget. Tax revenues in the budget of Nakhodka’s urban district increase monthly in one and a half time from the contractors taken on construction of the specialized offshore oil port in Kozmino bay. 3 million 654 thousand rubles transferred from May till August in urban treasury.

According to Nakhodka’s financial administration, 30 percent of the personal income tax which is paid by the enterprises-contractors is to be transferred to the local budget. As of today 11 nonresident and local companies are taken at the construction of the specialized offshore oil port facilities of Kozmino bay, all of them are registered by Nakhodka’s tax inspection. Contractors have paid in budgets of various levels more than 12 million rubles of personal income tax for four months from May till August.

Works in Kozmino have begun in May of this year and should be completed in the fourth quarter 2009.
