OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 September was announced, that Kazakhstan International "Transport and Logistics" Exhibition will take place on September 24 – 26 2008 in ALATAU Sports Palace (Astana).

Facts and Figures

Exhibition is held Astana and Almaty by turns, what allow ensuring wider territory coverage of Kazakhstan participants and visitors.

Over 100 companies, representing the full transport infrastructure and equipment annually participate in the event.

In 2007, companies from 12 countries participated in Transit-TransKazakhstan Exhibition.

Annually, high level officials of Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Republican state enterprises and City Akimats participate in the Exhibition Opening Ceremony.

Advertising campaign

Every year, the organisers perform a large-scale work aimed at attracting specialist visitors by:
Direct mail by post, fax and e-mail of 10,000 invitations via the special data base

Calls to potential visitors with personal invitation to exhibition

Advertising, publications and invitations in specialised local and international mass media, web-resources, etc.

Placing advertising banners and billboards in city downtown.

Exhibition Schedule (seminars, presentations etc)
Organisers will be glad to provide Exhibitors with opportunity to use Equipped Seminars Room.

Equipment includes: LCD Projector, Screen, Laptop, Sound System and Assistant.

The information about the seminars and presentations will be included to Exhibition programme, which will be distributing from Registration Desk, put inside the Exhibitors Pack and placed on Special Posters in exhibition pavilion.
