OREANDA-NEWS On 09 September Uralsvyazinform (RTS: URSI/URSIP) the leading carrier of fixed-line and mobile services in the Urals region, Russia announced an auction to raise USD  150 million via CLN issuance.

Uralsvyazinform announced today the open auction to designate the financial institution for conclusion of the agreement in connection with the provision of 5-year loan financed via the issuance of corporate credit notes (CLN).

The loan will amount USD  150 million planned for the 4th quarter of 2008. The funds raised through the deal are supposed for general corporate needs.

Applications are accepted from September 6th to 26th, 2008. Auction commission will examine the accumulated bids on September 26, 2008 and sum up tender results on September 30, 2008, 14:00 (EKT).
