OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 September was announced, that the floor spaces in Dom Na Begovoy under construction have been leased almost completely. The total area of the retail complex by DS Development on the intersection of Khoroshevskoe Highway, Begovaya Street and the Third Ring Road will be around 20,000 sq m. Its car park will have 70 parking spaces.

The contracts with the anchor tenants of the mall have been already signed, among them are Alye Parusa grocery supermarket and Eldorado and consumer electronics and home appliances store. Among the tenants of the galleria are L'etoile perfumer’s shop, Sela casual wear store and Bukva bookshop. Cafes are also stipulated by the concept to be opened in Dom Na Begovoy.

The retail complex is to be unveiled in the 3Q of 2008.

DS Development’s project portfolio includes around 10 objects of commercial real estate in various readiness stages. The most successful among the projects implemented by the company is Shchuka retail and entertainment centre.
