OREANDA-NEWS. September 8, 2008 Proton-M launcher/Breeze-M upper stage/Nimiq 4 telecommunication satellite prelaunch campaign continue at Russian Baikonur space port.

Roscosmos teams together with the foreign experts carried out satellite installation on the adapter and integration of this stack with the Breeze-M upper stage on Sept. 6-7, in test and integration facility № 92-50. On Sept. 7, in the evening, the upper composite formed by the upper stage-adapter-sattellite, was put into horizontal position.
Today fairing encapsulation is being performed by the experts. Upper composite is planned to be headed to the launcher integration hall on Sept. 10. Proton-M/Breeze-M/Nimiq4 launch is scheduled for Sept. 19.
