Patent for diagnostics system for high voltage oil circuit breaker
 
The invention allows its user to continuously test technical condition of high voltage contacts, which improves operational reliability of a high voltage oil circuit breaker and increases its operational life. Four-five times reduction of electricity costs for oil heating during winter time is provided with the patented system. O&M costs can be reduced as well due to automatic actuation of oil heating equipment in cold weather.  The system has been successfully implemented and is applied by the Eastern Electric Networks Division of the Regional Electric Networks.
 
Patent for two-stage fuel combustion method and furnace for its implementation
 
The burner design and technology are designed for pulverized coal combustion of black and brown coals in TPP boilers and large boiler-houses.
The new technology cuts NOx emissions down to 350-400 mg/Nm3, provides high efficiency and stability of combustion with low CO emission and reduces slagging and corrosion of furnace waterwalls. 
Our company’s invention has been successfully introduced at power plants of Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2, Tom-Usinskaya and Belovskaya GRES, Poznan and Lyublin TPPs in Poland. All these plants have achieved 1.5-2.0 times reduction of NOx emission.
 
Patent for UHF plasmatron
 
The unique plasmatron with soaring plasmoid is designed for pulverized coal ignition, metal smelting, and decomposition of chemicals.
Unlike existing electric-arc plasmatronsit has a simple design and does not contain electric contacts. It allows its user to produce pure plasma that is not contaminated with erosion products from the atmospheric pressure air and can be easily tailored for converting any gases, both low pressure and high pressure, into plasma.
