Special risk management structure increased credibility and secured interests of the company’s clients. Investment decision multi-staged control and highly efficient large mutual investment funds’ management contributed to the rating assessment. Assessment limiting factors: restricted set of risk management instruments and use of domestic software. “The existing system of risk management is adequate in relation to business size and provides for risk management of quality, but the further development would demand new risk-management measures and use of modern software”,- says Marina Kholmakova, Expert RA, department of ratings of financial institutions.
