OREANDA-NEWS. September 5, 2008.This August average prices for building materials in Baku grew.

Public association “Real Estate Market Participants” informs that compared to July, the August prices for building materials increased by 3.4% and now are at the level 182.5 points.

“Domestic output makes 45% among the products surveyed in August. Out of 82 types of products, prices for sixteen ones grew, for 19 ones reduced, and stable prices were observed on the rest 49 ones. In August price for sand grew by 25%, armature by 7.1%, gravel by 25%. Prices declined for bricks by 20.4%, glass wool by 5%, dict by 2.9%,” it was informed.

Since early 2008 prices grew by 14.3% and compared to last year’s same period by 33.6%.
