OREANDA-NEWS  On 05 September was announced, that the projects by MIRAX GROUP won the all-Russian contest The Best Development Project Implemented in Russia’s Real Estate Market 2008, the corporation’s official site reported.

Tower Zapad [West] included in Federation business complex has won the nomination Office and Industrial Real Estate, Kutuzovskaya Riviera apartment complex – the nomination Residential Real Estate.

The all-Russian contest The Best Development Project Implemented in Russia’s Real Estate Market 2008 is held by FIABCI-Russia and Guild of Property Managers and Developers. Its goal is to reveal and reward the most successful Russian companies operating in the real estate market, to promote the progressive business methods for Russia among the world community of professionals, to strengthen the national standards and to upgrade the quality of professional activity. The contest runs within the international real estate investment forum PROEstate 2008.

Now the both projects by MIRAX GROUP are becoming the participants of the contest FIABCI PRIX D’EXCELLENCE that is to be held within FIABCI International Congress in Beijing, China.
