OREANDA-NEWS  On 05 September was announced, that Vadim Fyodorov was appointed Deputy General Director for development and sales of IDGC of Centre, JSC grid services. Prior to his appointment, Vadim Nikolaevich had occupied the position of Deputy General Director for sales of grid services.

Dmitry Alyoshin was appointed Deputy General Director for human resources management and organisational development, IDGC of Centre, JSC. Before that time he had occupied the position of Director for organisational development.

Andrey Gladyshev was also appointed as Director for legal issues, IDGC of Centre, JSC on 1 September.

Andrey Mikhailovich Gladyshev graduated from the Military University with a Jurisprudence major area of study.  He served as a legal advisor for legal support and management activity organisation, RAO UES of Russia Intersystem Electric Networks of Centre, and as a legal advisor of RosYurTsentr ltd Regional Lawyers Association. Before his appointment as a Director for legal issues, Andrey Gladyshev occupied the position of the Head of the Legal Support Department, IDGC of Centre, JSC.

Tatyana Kulbakina was appointed to the post of Director for corporate relations, IDGC of Centre, JSC. Before that, she had served as the Head of the Corporate Governance Department.

Tatyana Anatolievna graduated from  Eastern Kazakhstan State University and  Edilet Higher Law School (the Kazakhstan Republic), and qualified as a lawyer.

She started her career as a legal advisor at JSC Altayenergo Regional power Company, then she served as a legal advisor at Eastern Khazakhsatan Regional Power  Company governed by AES American corporation, then, in the Control and Analytics Administration and as the head of the Legal  Administration, JSC Taymyrenergo.

Changes in the company’s organisational structure are connected with the establishment and further active development of IDGC of Centre uniform operating company.
