OREANDA-NEWS  On 05 September was announced, that IDGC of Centre, JSC signed a contract on cooperation with the State Academy of Professional Retraining and Professional Skills Improvement of executives and experts in the investment sphere (GASIS State Educational Institution of Advanced Professional Training).

Under the specified contract, IDGC and GASIS plan to cooperate with each other for execution of system approaches in the improvement of the employees’ professional skills and educational process efficiency.

In 2006 the Company concluded a contract on cooperation with SOVNET Project Management Association, including in the sphere of professional skills improvement and certification of employees in the field of design management. By concluding an agreement with GASIS, in addition to already existing agreement with SOVNET noncommercial partnership, IDGC of Centre delivered possibility of increase in the efficiency of the full study course of their employees.

The contract performance stipulates joint development of the educational programme, retraining, professional skills improvement and certification of the company's employees. The company will organise information interchange, generalisation and distribution of the best practices in the field of innovative technologies of the management systems with the  Russian and foreign public and professional organisations. According to the contract, GASIS will  assist the Company in reception of  information on preparation and performance of international exhibitions, forums, seminars, conferences and business meetings in the sphere of education and  in participation in the specified actions. The company, in its turn, will take part in the establishment of a complex study and methodical base and  edition of educational literature, specialised  literature and magazines. The agreement is aimed to promote popularisation of the system of vocational training in the power industry and related industries.
