Alpina Business Books and E&Y Present New Edition of GAAP® 2008
OREANDA-NEWS On 04 September was announced, that Alpina Business Books, in association with Ernst & Young, released a new edition of International GAAP® 2008, designed to guide specialists through the range of problems involved in applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
IFRS are quite complex, and a special guide is required in order to understand their implications and apply them correctly. The new guide — prepared by professionals in Ernst & Young’s International Financial Reporting Group — provides expert interpretation and practical guidance for busy professionals, as well as detailed options for resolving complex financial reporting issues.
This 2008 edition of International GAAP® 2008 is a unique globally focused work published in Russian that takes a consistent international approach to IFRS.
More than 800 pages of new material have been added since the 2007 edition. The guide has been revised, updated and expanded in order to:
