OREANDA-NEWS. September 4, 2008. The Federal Financial Markets Service has registered the report on the results of the additional issue of uncertified registered ordinary shares of Close Joint-Stock Company “Depository Clearing Company (DCC).

DCC has placed over 99% of 39,999,990 declared shares to the amount of RUB792,816,420. The shares were placed at par value of RUB20 via private offering to existing shareholders.
