OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2008. ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate and the North-Western Institute for Professional Development have arranged a seminar dedicated to the formation of self-regulated organizations (SRO) in the construction industry. Among the speakers was Mr. Yury Volkov, ROSNO’s Deputy Director for Corporate Sales, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Over 40 experts participated in this seminar. The report delivered by Mr. Volkov aroused live interest among the attendees. In his speech, Mr. Volkov covered one of the most acute problems related to reorganization of construction enterprises: insurance coverage of professional liability of the SRO members, as well as formation of the compensation fund. Mr. Volkov not only presented the seminar participants with the expert assessment of this problem, but he also told in detail about the special insurance programs developed for the construction industry.

ROSNO regularly organizes, and participates in, the master classes and seminars aimed at education and popularization of the insurance field. Such interaction format enables deeper understanding of the needs of potential clients and forming the product best fitting the objectives and tasks of future insurants.
