OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2008. In accordance with the CEO order, Ms. Irina Pronina has been appointed to the position of ROSNO’s Personnel Department Director. She will be responsible for further development of the company’s human resource management strategy, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Ms. Irina Pronina was born in 1964, in Moscow. In 1987, she graduated from the Department of International Economic Relations in the Financial Academy by the RF Government, majoring in International Foreign Exchange and Credit Relations. In 2006, she completed the Executive MBA program of the Stockholm School of Economics, majoring in General Management. She is a candidate of economic sciences.

From 1987 to 2005, she worked in the Financial Academy by the RF Government, and since 2000 she was a senior lecturer in the Chair of Economic Analysis and Audit. In 2005 to 2006, Ms. Pronina worked as head of the Department of Staff Planning and Executive Development in the Financial Corporation Uralsib. In 2007 to 2008, she was vice-president for staffing policy and organizational development in the Transport Group FESCO (Moscow).

The position of the Personnel Department Director, which implies direct subordination to the company’s CEO, is new for ROSNO’s administrative structure. It has been introduced as part of the current corporate restructuring processes and is based on the growing importance of personnel issues in the Group.

On her new position, Ms. Irina Pronina will be responsible for forming and implementing of the company’s human resource management policy and its compliance with the company’s general strategy. She will supervise the issues related to selection, recruitment, promotion and transfer of employees; personnel motivation and productivity management; staffing administration and reporting; personnel training and professional development; forming and improving the corporate culture.
