OREANDA-NEWS. September 3, 2008. Last week, Yuzhniy sea trading port (Odessa oblast) began shipping wheat. According to Irene Chibirova, the press secretary of the port, this year, for the first time, the port is shipping wheat due to the high grain harvest in Ukraine.

Dock workers have already transferred nearly 330 railway cars of wheat to the Panamanian ship, Royal Crown. The port plans to ship nearly 100.000 tonnes of grain daily.
