OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 September 2008 was announced, that Andrey Viktorovich Loginov, authorized representative of Russian Federation government in State Duma in Federal Assembly, visited Contemporary museum of calligraphy.

For the top guest Andrey Vitalyevich Lapshin, president of MVK and Valery Yuryevich Pilchin, technical director of project International Calligraphic Exhibition held an excursion in the museum.

Andrey Loginov was deeply impressed by exposition of masterpieces of leading calligraphers from European and Baltic countries, as well as from the U.S., Israel, China, Japan, Syria, Mongolia, UAE, Turkey, Australia, India, Taiwan, Palestine, Jordan, Brasilia, Peru and  other countries, wide collection of  rare instruments and  writing devices, pieces of applied calligraphy and historical manuscripts. He said that it was pleasure to know that such a rare type of art as calligraphy was at last available to see for our citizens, especially for young generation; since writing lays basis for establishing beautiful and healthy society.
