OREANDA-NEWS. September 01, 2008. VSMPO-AVISMA corporation (RF) and its production and distribution subsidiaries: Tirus International SA (Switzerland), VSMPO Tirus US Inc. (USA), VSMPO Tirus Ltd. (GB), VSMPO Tirus GmbH (Germany), NF&M International Inc.(USA) signed the aircrft manufacturers liability insurance and grounding responsibility agreement dated of August 11, 2008 for the new period till August 11, 2009 with JSC "Renaissance Insurance Group" with the risk reinsurance сin the international reinsurance market, reported the press-centre of VSMPO-AVISMA.

This program protects insured companies from losses related first of all to the damages in the flight vehicles as well as in case of the administrative bodies grounding decision. Limit sizes of the insurance payment per this agreement is established in the amount up to 500 mln USD.

VSMPO-AVISMA and its subsidiaries liability insurance program as aircraft manufacturers is dated back to August, 2006.
