OREANDA-NEWS. On September 01, 2008 a meeting of the Board of Directors of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation was held in Moscow, reported the press-centre of VSMPO-AVISMA.

Vladislav Tetyukhin holding a post of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation Director General from 1992 was designated to a post of the Corporation President by the decision of the BD. The period of his employment agreement at the post of the President is defined as September 03, 2008 till September 02, 2013.

The Provision on the President of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation accepted at the BD meeting defines the following as the aims of introducing the post of the President:

- increase in performance efficiency through development and strengthening of external economic and business relations;

- production process improvement;

- generation of medium-term and long-term development strategy;

- development of research and scientific, innovation, investment, personnel related and social activity;

- increase in efficiency of cooperation between the administration authorities.

As per the enlarged organizational structure of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation approved by the BoD the President and the Director General will administratively and functionally report to the Board of Directors. Functional cooperation between the President and the Director General is defined in the Provision on the President.

Evgeny Romanov, who previously was holding a post of the Head of the Mining and Metallurgical Directorship of the Transpolar Affiliate of RAO Norilsk Nickel, was elected the Director General of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation. At the post of the Corporation Director General he will focus on the corporation operative management. The period of his employment agreement at the post of the Director General is defined as September 03, 2008 till September 02, 2011.
