OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2008. The Ural Directorate has paid an insurance compensation of 139,200 roubles under the accident and sickness insurance contract due to an insured accident — disability of the borrower, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The payment under the insurance contract was made by the Ural Directorate to the TransCreditBank that had previously extended a 5-year consumer loan to the borrower. The payment has been remitted to the bank in the amount fully covering the loan indebtedness.

Under the accident and sickness insurance contract, the insurant had been protected against the following set of risks: death due to an accident or natural reasons; permanent and complete loss of general working ability due to an accident or natural reasons with assignment of the 1st or 2nd disability group to the insurant.

The borrower’s disability ensued as a result of an oncological disease. The insurance compensation has been paid under the risk "Permanent and complete loss of general working ability due to natural reasons with ascertainment of I or II disability groups".
