OREANDA-NEWS. September 2, 2008. JSC EMAlliance and the German concern E. ON had a range of business meetings in Taganrog (Rostov Region).

Managers of E. ON visited JSC TKZ Krasniy Konelschik (it is a branch of EMAlliance), they were shown the plant manufacturing potentialities. Close attention was devoted to the capacities of Taganrog branch of engineering company EMAlliance.

During negotiations important joint projects and further plan of companies’ cooperation in the Russian power equipment market were discussed. The next meeting is planned for autumn in Germany.

"We are satisfied with the outcome of the negotiations"––the Vice-President of EMAlliance, Peter Kraemer said. "Our company is interested in enlargement of orders portfolio within our country; we consider the German concern as our potential partner, possessing controlling share holding of "ОГК-4" (Wholesale Generating Company). Moreover, we are interested in foreign markets, where E. ON. is already acting and it is ready to cooperate with Russian manufacturers of power equipment".
