OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 September 2008 was announced, that a representative office of MIRAX GROUP Corporation was opened in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam early this August. It is located in the very center of Hanoi, not far from the place symbolic for all Vietnamese – Hoan Kiem  (“Lake of the Returned Sword”). Three to four people are expected to work at the office permanently.

On August 11, the presentation of the MIRAX GROUP representative office was held at the new office building. “The opening of a representative office in Vietnam is the first step to expanding MIRAX’s operations in the South-East region, which continues to attract a growing interest both on the part of Russian citizens and the international community”, said Dmitry Lutsenko, member of the MIRAX GROUP Board of Directors.

Alexander Daugul, the Project Manager, noted: “This will not just be another MIRAX office but a specifically a representation of the Corporation in Vietnam. It will deal with selection and development of projects, analysis of information on the South-East region, as well as the search for partners and collaboration on new contracts. Since foreign representative offices are forbidden from engaging in commercial activity in Vietnam, a special company will be founded for each project. This is precisely what we are working on at the moment.”

Thus MIRAX GROUP reaffirms its strategy, which is aimed at implementing new investment projects and expanding its operations in developing countries’ markets.
