OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 September 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors resolved to elect Igor Eugenievitch Khromov, Deputy General Director Operations, during its meeting on August 26, 2008. Igor Khromov has been in this position since January 9, 2008.

Igor Eugenievitch Khromov was born in Moscow on July 3, 1960. In 1983, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. In 1986 he received his Candidate of Sciences degree in mathematics. Between 1996 and 2002 he was Technology Director of ZAO Center of Computer Modeling to joint OJSC Teleportal.ru shortly after. In 2003-2007 Mr. Khromov was General Director of CJSC MediaCity, a telecommunication company (UNITLINE).
