OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 September 2008 was announced, that pursuant to the resolution made by the Annual General Meeting of IJSC Ingosstrakh Shareholders dd. 23.07.2008 the Company has paid dividends for Year 2007. The shareholders resolved to channel RUR 130000000, or 6.26% of the net profit, to pay dividends on IJSC Ingosstrakh shares for Year 2007 in the amount of 5.2 kopeks per 1 common registered share (5.2% of the nominal share value).

Today, the total amount of paid dividends is RUR128.9mln. The balance of RUR1.1mln has not been distributed for the lack of bank information on some shareholders in the Issuer’s register. As soon as the shareholders have procured the necessary information, the Issuer will discharge its dividend commitments in full.
