SGCP OJSC is legal successor of SGCP FSUE and has succeeded all of its duties and obligations.

The press service of SGCP says that the authorized capital of the company totals 13.499bln RUR. The board of directors consists of three members representing Atomenergoprom OJSC, Techsnabexport OJSC and SGCP (Director General). The chairman of the board is representative of Atomenergoprom OJSC Vladimir Fedoseyev.

By the end of this year all shares of Atomenergoproekt OJSC will be given to Atomenergoprom OJSC, a state holding consolidating the civilian sector of Russia’s nuclear industry.
