OREANDA-NEWS. September 2, 2008. The head of the inspection of the Federal Tax Service for Dimitrovgrad handed Director of NIIAR Alexander Bychkov a certificate of registration of a new legal entities.

The founder of NIIAR OJSC is the Russian Federation represented by Rosimuschestvo (Federal State Property Management Agency), which has approved a new charter and has appointed the board of directors. The only shareholder of NIIAR OJSC is Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation. All the shares of the company will be transferred into the authorized capital of Atomenergoprom OJSC. Director of NIIAR Alexander Bychkov points out that the company is not going to change its priorities: safety of nuclear reactors and effective research.
