On August 29, 2008 Tsesnabank (Astana), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, informed KASE by the official letter on withdrawal from composition of the bank's Board of Directors at own initiative of Baisheva B.I., reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message Novikov O.A. was elected as Tsesnabank Board of Directors members.
