OREANDA-NEWS. September 01, 2008. Sorainen assisted Latvian company AGA to conclude agreements for construction and installation of carbon dioxide storage equipment, loading operations of the carbon dioxide loads and use of stevedore services at the Skulte port, reported the press-centre of Sorainen.

Sorainen drafted a sublease and stevedore services agreement between Skultes kokosta and AGA, assisted in obtaining the necessary consents form third parties as well as prepared a multilateral agreement concluded between the Skulte Port authority, Latvian Mortgage and Land Bank and AGA.

AGA is a company of the Linde. The client was advised by partner Girts Ruda and associate Laura Medvida.
