OREANDA-NEWS. On August 27, 2008 Investment Business of VTB Group has announced the appointment of Herbert Moos as CEO of VTB Bank Europe plc., part of Investment Business of VTB Group, reported the press-centre of VTB Bank.

Herbert Moos will be responsible for developing Investment Business of VTB Group further in London as well in Asia and the Middle East. He will report to Yuri Soloviev, CEO of VTB Capital and Head of Investment Business of VTB Group.

Herbert joins the Bank following a distinguished 14-year career at Lehman Brothers where he was most recently CFO, Asia-Pacific ex-Japan, and Treasurer, Asia-Pacific based in Tokyo and Hong Kong, having originally started his career at LB’s London office. In his last six years with LB in Asia-Pacific, Hebert played a key role in building its Asia investment banking franchise from a satellite to an operation with over USD 3bn in annual net revenue.
