OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2008. State Commission for conducting tenders on the sale of the state property to the foreign investors hereby announced on the basis of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №PP-672 as of July 20, 2007, public tender for the sale of the following state assets 25% share of JSC “4-sonli montaj boshqarmasi”.

The Tender for JSC "4-sonli montaj boshqarmasi" is for the sale of 36 408 (thirty six thousand four hundred eight) shares of common stock constituting the aggregate of 25% of the Enterprise's total issued shares. Starting bidding price of the pack of shares is 922 000 (nine hundred twenty two thousand) US dollars. Investment obligations constitute 280 500 (two hundred eighty thousand five hundred) US dollars.

At that, the preference will be given to the tender participant, which is ready to offer the highest bid for the 25% of shares of the Enterprise and undertake the highest volume of investment obligations.

JSC "4-sonli montaj boshqarmasi" is located in Kibray district of the Tashkent region and was established in 1963. The main activity of the enterprise is conducting construction-and-assembling operations, electric installation work at the thermal power plant, making cable metal ware and other items, used at construction-and-assembling operations.

Investors interested to participate in the Tender must submit a properly completed Application form for participation and Confidentiality Statement, which should be sent along with brief information on their company.

The Tender Documentation package including Information Memorandum, Tender Rules, Bid Form can be obtained upon presenting to Enterprise Institution Building Bureau the filled in and signed Application form and Confidentiality Statement along with the copy of the proof of payment.

The price of the package of bidding documents constitutes 100 (one hundred) US dollars, which are to be transferred to either of the account stated below.

The Bid submission deadline expires at 12:00 a.m. Tashkent time on the 28th of October 2008.

Opening of the packages with Tender Bids will be held in the Meeting Hall of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (5th floor) at 16:00 p.m. Tashkent time on the 28th of October  2008.

Tender participants or their authorized representatives, which have submitted Tender Bids in accordance with established procedure, have the right to participate at the opening of the packages with Tender Bids.
