OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2008. State Commission for conducting tenders on the sale of the state property to the foreign investors hereby announced on the basis of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №PP-672 as of July 20, 2007, public tender for the sale of the following state assets 23% shares of JSC “Uzneftgazquduqtamirlash”.

The Tender for JSC "Uzneftgazquduqtamirlash" is for the sale of 25 036 (twenty five thousand threty six) shares of common stock constituting the aggregate of 23% of the Enterprise's total issued shares. Starting bidding price of the pack of shares is 5 180 200 (five million one hundred eighty thousand two hundred) US dollars. Investment obligations constitute 10 150 000 (ten million one hundred fifty thousand) US dollars.

At that, the preference will be given to the company ready to offer the highest bid for the 23% of shares of the Enterprise and undertake the highest volume of investment obligations.

JSC "Uzneftgazquduqtamirlash" is located in Karaulbazar city of Bukhara region. The enterprise was established in 1963. The main type of activity of the enterprise is rendering maintaining service to oil-producing enterprises, repairing of gas and oil wells.

The Tender Documentation package including Information Memorandum, Tender Rules, Bid Form can be obtained upon presenting to Enterprise Institution Building Bureau the filled in and signed Application and Confidentiality Statement along with the copy of the proof of payment made.

The Bid submission deadline expires at 12:00 a.m. Tashkent time on the 28th of October 2008.

Opening of the packages with Tender Bids will be held in the Meeting Hall of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (5th floor) at 16:00 p.m. Tashkent time on the 28th of October 2008.

Tender participants or their authorized representatives, who would submit Tender Bids in accordance with established procedure, have the right to participate at the opening of the packages with Tender Bids.
