OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2008. Mr. Igor Kolomiets, head of the Kursk Branch of ROSNO-MS, has been admitted to the Coordination Council for Protection of Insurants’ Rights, which had been established in the Kursk Region, following the similar establishment in Nizhny Novgorod, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The Council’s work is focused not only on increasing the efficiency of protection of the rights of insured individuals, but also on the resolution of issues directly related thereto, such as improving affordability, timeliness and quality of medical aid.

The candidature of Mr. Igor Kolomiets, along with representatives of the regional government, healthcare agencies, OMI territorial fund, Roszdravnadzor, public organizations and associations, has been admitted to the Council by the order of the Governor of the Kursk Region, Mr. A.N. Mikhailov.

Apart from his participation in the Coordination Council, Mr. Igor Kolomiets is a member of the Public Council for Protection of Patient’s Rights by the Roszdravnadzor Kursk Department, and sits in the Administrative Boad of the Kursk Regional OMI Fund, indicating high professionalism of the ROSNO-MS experts.
